.RUBBISH AT BEDMOND HELICOPTER SITE.
On Sunday 23rd of September (2007), I visited the Heli’ Patch and found an alarming array of RUBBISH left in the “Pits-Area”.
The worst of this was AT LEAST 20 ! cut off cable-ties ( pre- sumably used to fix a training aid to a heli’ ) SCATTERED all over the grass, and benches. Doesn’t look too good !

Apart from the usual junk left behind ( drink tins and bottle tops etc.. ) Somebody had left a BROKEN CARBON FIBRE RE- INFORCED rotor-blade ……..……

VERY Dangerous to Wild-life / Animals / Pets / Maybe even Kids up at the field when we are not around… The thought of carbon fibre splinters getting under the skin should not be under-estimated !!
..Sunday 30th ; I had to clear up again……

More of the “dreaded” cable-ties ! ( are they BREEDING ! ? )

..
.THE POINT OF ALL THIS ?? … IS THAT IT IS MESSY ; UN-NECESSARY AND ANTI-SOCIAL TO LEAVE ALL THIS BEHIND WHEN YOU ARE AT A SHARED SITE.
.
1. The ‘Farmer’ won’t clear-up after you..
2. The ‘Council’ won’t clear-up after you..
3. The ONLY PEOPLE who have to clear-up after you … ARE YOUR MATES !!
.PLEASE.
.TAKE IT HOME WITH YOU.
